2026 Boarding & Pickup Options

We offer three convenient ways to begin your private charter on Lake Winnipesaukee:

1. Public Boat Docks at Weirs Beach (Primary Location) Our main pickup and drop-off spot is centrally located for easy access to the lake’s best sandbars and scenic routes. There is ample public parking nearby. Click here for directions ; the docks are located just down the stairs from this location.

2. Lakeside Hotel Dock Pick-Up If you are staying at a waterfront resort, we can pick you up and drop you off directly at your hotel dock—no driving or parking required. Just let us know where you’re staying when you book!

3. Private Home or Rental Dock Pick-Up Renting a house on the water? We can come directly to your private dock for the ultimate "door-to-dock" luxury experience. Just provide us with the address during the booking process.

Boarding Policies

• All-Inclusive Fuel: Your charter rate now includes all fuel costs, regardless of your pickup location. There are no additional fuel surcharges for private dock pickups.

• Sunset Cruises: To maximize your time chasing the best views, all Sunset Cruises depart exclusively from the public docks at Weirs Beach. Private home or hotel pickups are not available for evening sunset trips.

• Door to Door Premium: Please note that while fuel is included, there is a small premium for Private Dock Pick-Up applied as a travel add-on during checkout.

• A Note on Dock Safety: If you are requesting a private dock pick-up, please ensure your dock has adequate depth and clearance for a 24-foot luxury tritoon. If you aren’t sure about your dock’s accessibility, please Contact Us Directly before booking so we can confirm a safe boarding plan for your group.

• Capacity & Legal Limits: While our luxury tritoon is rated for 15 people, 14 guests is our firm legal maximum.This allows for your group of 14 plus your licensed Captain. We strictly adhere to these Coast Guard and state capacity limits to ensure your safety and stay in full legal compliance.

• Room to Relax: Unlike standard rentals where 14 people feel "packed in," our layout features premium diamond-stitched seating and an expansive floor plan. Even with a full group, there is plenty of room to spread out, store your gear, and enjoy the 300HP ride without feeling crowded.

We want you to be comfortable! To ensure you have the best day possible on our 2026 Viaggio, we recommend packing light but smart. Here are the essentials:

• Sun Protection: Sunscreen (please no spray sunscreen as it stains the luxury diamond-stitched vinyl), sunglasses, and hats.

• Swim Gear: Towels and swimwear if you plan to hit the sandbar or relax on the "Beach Club" floating dock.

Safety is our #1 priority, and we have you covered. *Provided for All: We carry a full supply of U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets onboard for all passengers. You are not required to bring your own.

• Personal Gear: You are more than welcome to bring your own USCG-approved life jacket if you prefer a specific fit or style. Our 2026 Viaggio has plenty of dedicated storage to keep your gear tucked away when not in use.

• For the Little Ones: If you are bringing young children, we highly recommend bringing a life jacket they are already comfortable and familiar with to ensure the best fit.

⚠️ Important Legal Note: New Hampshire law requires all children under the age of 13 to wear a properly fitted, USCG-approved life jacket at all times while the boat is underway (moving under power).

Please Note our "Safe & Legal" Policy:

• Age Requirement: You must be 21 or older to consume alcohol onboard.

• Zero Tolerance: No underage drinking is allowed. This is strictly enforced to ensure we stay in compliance with NH state laws.

• Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs of any kind are absolutely prohibited.

• Drink Responsibly: We want everyone to have a blast, but we ask that you drink responsibly for the safety of your crew, the Captain, and the boat.

Pro-Tip: Don't want to lug a heavy cooler from the car? Book our "Full Cooler Service" add-on, and we’ll have a premium cooler pre-chilled and fully iced before you even step on board!

Answer: We love our furry friends, but to maintain the pristine condition of our diamond-stitched luxury upholstery, we generally ask that pets stay on shore. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. To ensure we can manage our 2026 season effectively, here is our policy:

• 14+ Days Before Your Charter: Receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $10 processing fee.

• 7–13 Days Before Your Charter: Receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Your Charter: Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.

This is "Lake Life"—and sometimes weather happens! Most of the time, passing showers on Lake Winnipesaukee are brief and don't impact the day.

• Our Policy: We do not cancel for light rain or overcast skies. We still head out for a great day on the water unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

• Safety First: If there is severe weather (such as lightning, high winds, or torrential downpours), the Captain will make the final call. Safety for our passengers, crew, and the boat is our top priority.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If the Captain cancels your trip due to unsafe weather, we will do our absolute best to reschedule you for another available time. If rescheduling isn't possible, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
